Dr. Yin moved from China to Canada when she was 14. Montreal, a beautiful multicultural city on the East Coast, was home to Dr. Yin for over a decade. There, she learned to speak French and later on received her doctoral degree in dental medicine from McGill University. Graduated the top 10 of her class, Dr. Yin upheld a high standard on her delivery of care and wanted to further hone her skills after dental school. She enrolled in a one-year residency program in Seattle that offered advanced training on various aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Yin fell in love with the young and vibrant city. She is happy to call Seattle her new home.

Dr. Yin is passionate about dentistry and loves caring for her patients. She enjoys getting to know her patients and educating them on dental topics. She gets to understand her patients’ needs and navigate them through treatment options in the process. Dr. Yin’s goal is to develop a long-term relationship with her patients and positively impact their oral health and total health. Dr. Yin also loves giving back to the community. She had years of experience providing free care in mobile dental clinics back as a student. After learning that a similar clinic is operating locally in affiliation with Medical Teams International, she registered as a volunteer provider.

In her spare time, Dr. Yin enjoys further educating herself through continuing education courses. She is a certified Invisalign provider and seeks to continuously update herself on the latest technology. She also loves discovering new culinary experiences in the city and different cultures aboard.
